We begin with a complimentary telephone consultation where you tell us about your needs or problems and what your end goal is. We then schedule a meeting with you to explore options to meet your needs. We will then provide a proposal outlining the way forward including costs and an estimated timeline. Our regular business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday but calls or text messages will be answered outside of business hours.
Totally Organised offers many packages to meet your needs and budget from facilitating you with a plan or providing you with more support and helping to guide you through a project.
Payments can be made by cash, e-transfer or cheque. Payment is due at the end of each session.
Our rate includes daily travel up to 25 kilometres. Above this a mileage fee of $0.50 per km applies.
Sessions are a minimum of 3 hours.
